Climbing meta Resistance Bands are a perfect training tool for warm-up plyometrics, assisted pull-ups and providing assisted hangs from a hang board.
These versatile bands are 104cm long and made from high-quality latex, each offering a different weight resistance rating. The low-end weight rating is the approximate amount of weight resistance over the full length of the band.
- Red - Low Resistance (7-16kg):Suitable for mobility, stretching and low level of additional support for pull-ups and hang board exercises.
- Black - medium resistance (12-30kg): Suitable for increased intensity or resistance to weighted exercises and higher level of additional support for pull-ups and hang board exercises.
